Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is located at Piplaj, Ahmedabad, India measuring more than 100,000 square feet housing an assembly area, paint booth, fabrication shop and a testing and design centre.
To ensure an easy and efficient manufacturing process, the assembly area is divided into different sections based on product group – drying, blending, conveying, and heat transfer, with separate areas for incoming/outgoing, inspection/paint shop, etc. We have a totally closed-looped system right from material procurement to the dispatch of final equipment with closed monitoring of each process to ensure quality of the final product. We have also advance ERP system for efficient operations.
